All online ticket purchases are non-refundable if you change your mind after the booking is confirmed.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we offer the following alternatives:
Rescheduling your booking to another available date/time (subject to availability).
A voucher of equal value for future use.

Deposits made for birthday party bookings or exclusive centre bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In the rare case that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance issues, or emergencies), you will be given the choice of:
A full refund, or
Rescheduling your visit at no additional cost.
