1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Hologram Zoo New Zealand (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers immersive entertainment experiences through our venue and online platform (Website). By purchasing a ticket, attending the venue, or using our Website, you (the customer or visitor) confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you’re booking for another person, you declare that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you’re booking for a minor under 18, you accept these Terms as their parent or legal guardian.

Anyone entering our venue, participating in experiences, or accompanying guests is considered a participant and is also bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not enter the Hologram Zoo or use our Website.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS

4. SAFETY AND PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

Health & Safety: All visitors must adhere to our Health & Safety rules displayed at the venue and online. Adults accompanying children are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety instructions.

Supervision of Minors: Children under 14 must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

Conduct: Unsafe, irresponsible, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund. Staff directions must be followed at all times.

Medical Restrictions: Certain conditions (e.g. light sensitivity, epilepsy, pregnancy, or weight over 120kg) may preclude safe participation. We recommend seeking medical advice if unsure.

Tickets: All tickets are valid only for the specific date and time purchased. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and void if tampered with.

Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for lost or damaged property during your visit.

CCTV & Photography: Our venue is monitored by security cameras. We may also use photos or videos for marketing or safety. You consent to such recordings by entering. Others may take personal photos, for which we are not responsible.

Risks: Experiences may involve visual and physical stimuli that carry risk. You participate at your own risk and agree to release us from liability for injuries or incidents arising from your visit.

Emergency Action: In case of injury or emergency, you authorise us to seek medical attention as needed. Any associated costs will be your responsibility.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hologram Zoo disclaims liability for any injury, damage, loss, or death arising from your participation, including due to negligence, equipment issues, or actions of other guests. You accept full responsibility and indemnify us against related claims.

6. WEBSITE USE

• Do not use our Website in any way that may compromise its functionality or security.
• Refrain from data scraping, automated access, or malicious software.
• Website content (text, images, video) is our property. Sharing via social plugins is allowed; reproduction without permission is not.
• External links or third-party advertisements may appear; we do not endorse them and assume no responsibility for them.

7. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

• Ticket purchases must include accurate customer information and are processed securely via our Website.

• We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs due to cancellations.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
